Awesum Labs provides mobile applications and related online services. AI-generated meal plans, workouts, and insights are for informational purposes only and are not medical or professional advice.
Health disclaimer
Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before starting a new diet or exercise program. We are not responsible for injuries, allergies, or adverse effects from following app suggestions.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating a profile.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid features, when offered, are billed through Google Play or the App Store according to their terms. Refunds are handled by the respective store policies unless required otherwise by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload our APIs
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access other users' data
Intellectual property
Apps, branding, and content are owned by Awesum Labs. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the apps for personal use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awesum Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.
